There is a close enough blood relationship between the parties that the marriage is prohibited by law.
Defendant/Plaintiff was married to someone other than Plaintiff/Defendant on the day of the wedding ceremony.
Plaintiff/Defendant was under age of 18 at the time that he/she participated in the marriage ceremony and he/she did not get the proper consent. The Complaint was brought within one year of Plaintiff/Defendant reaching 18 years of age and the parties have not cohabited since Plaintiff/Defendant reached 18 years of age.
Plaintiff/Defendant lacked understanding of his/her actions to the extent that he/she was incapable of agreeing to the marriage because of intoxication, drugs, etc.
The consent of Plaintiff/Defendant was obtained by fraud Plaintiff/Defendant has not freely cohabited with the other party as husband and wife since he/she learned of the fraud.
Plaintiff/Defendant was insane at the time of the wedding ceremony and he/she has not regained sanity/regained sanity and the parties have not freely cohabited as husband an wife since that time.
Grounds for declaring contract void in equity. A marriage may be annulled for any cause which is a ground for annulling or declaring void a contract in a court of equity. The parties wish to declare the marriage contract void and have not resided together.
